Цимес из моркови

1 вариант.

Цимес из морковиОчищенную морковь нарезают на кружки, укладывают на сковороду с разогретым куриным жиром, добавляют мед, сахар, немного воды и тушат на слабом огне до мягкости, время от времени помешивая. Когда суповая консистенция исчезнет, добавляют по вкусу соль, сбрызгивают лимонным соком и подают как гарнир к курице из бульона или как самостоятельное блюдо.

 Состав: Морковь 200г, жир куриный 15г, мед 5г, сахар 5г, сок лимонный 5г, соль.

 2 вариант.

Морковь нарезают мелкими кубиками, слегка обжаривают на масле в сотейнике, заливают водой так, чтобы она слегка покрыла морковь и тушат до полуготовности. Затем добавляют запаренные предварительно изюм и чернослив без косточек, сахар, соль и тушат до готовности.

Состав: Морковь 200, масло сливочное 10, сахар 5, изюм 10, чернослив 10, соль.
